Our leafy greens help us get our right amount of iron, vitamins, and fiber. You should always eat these foods in your diet once a week to get the right amount of vitamins in your body. Women need vitamins and fiber to make sure their bodies digest foods correctly. Incorrect digesting can cause lack of energy and your body getting the right amount of vitamins.

We all know that beans can be gassy or even be a man’s food, but did you know that their a high source of protein and nutrients? Of course, you should avoid the beans that are enriched in sugars and other bacon. You can eat green beans, baked beans and lima beans. The bean is needed in your diet, because it’s the substitute for meats and other proteins.

Oatmeal is one of the best foods to fight cancer or control diabetes. Women need to eat this to get the fiber they need and it helps control female hormones. Oatmeal is the cheapest type of food that can help get your fiber needs and your right amount of iron. Very good food to eat every morning before jogging or work.

The sweet potatoes are enriched on minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. If you want a good tasting multivitamin, you should eat sweet potatoes. All women need to take multivitamin in order to live healthy lives and sweet potatoes is the way to go. You can find sweet potatoes in almost any store and now they have the microwave type.

A good source of vitamins, proteins, healthy fats, and minerals is found in nuts. You can eat almond nuts, pecan nuts, or any other type of nut and get the best nutrients for your body. Nuts can be expensive, but well worth the price for your health. Women should always eat some sort of nuts in their diet every week. You can add them to your yogurt or eat them alone. There also helpful for your immune system.
